A/C Repair Diagnostics

Service Description

If your AC isn't running properly you need a diagnosis and it takes time to figure out what the problem is. We charge a diagnostic or service call fee to cover the technicians payroll, fuel, and company overhead expenses. The diagnostic fee is generally $150 but may range for more complex diagnostics but will generally not exceed $195. We will notify you if your diagnostic fee is not sufficient for the time needed to troubleshoot the problem. Bookings typically are not for exact times but require a 2 hour arrival window. We typically notify all of our customers before arrival. All bookings must be confirmed by us to ensure they don't conflict with other appointments.
